Betol Pakcik. Antara pejabat yang cemerlang adalah Imigresen, JPN, MARA, sesetengah Hospital, Polis dan Jabatan Penjara.
Yang lemoh bebenor ni macam Pejabat Tanah Daerah (tapi tak semua lah). Nak tukar nama atas geran makan bertahun-tahun sampai orang yang mohon tu meninggal tunggu punya lah lama.

I pernah berurus bermacam2 gov agencies. Melalui panggilan telefon. Tiada masalah pun. Cara I mudah. Betul ke no yg kita call. Bermaksud betul ke saluran yg kita call. Kalau kita salah tempat yg kita call. Itulah sebabnya panggilan tersebut di transfer dari satu ke tempat lain. Satu yg I perasan melalui agency I. Caller ni main bedal je call. Pasti nak cakap bla bla bla. Sedangkan unit yg dia call tu xde kaitan. Sebaiknya call dahulu pusat panggilan.

the number i called is the correct one. i'm vy sure of it coz i'd called it before. the last time i called they were in a meeting. fine. i don't care. the next few days i called em again. no answer. then, the next time i called they were having a function. can't blame them either. but today, no answer again. tell me, is it my f-----g fault for not calling them at the right time?? tell me, then, when is the right time to call them coz apparently those people are so 'busy'!

I do agree that people tend to overgeneralize but we do it on a strong base... Kudos to those government agencies that offer excellence service... but they make only a small fraction of the overall sum. And in most cases, you're treated according to ur rank and 'importance', so it's no wonder for me if some people don't seem to be facing any ...
