Thumping in My Head

I've been experiencing constant headaches almost everyday for the past few weeks. Usually it comes with the pounding sensation from within on both sides of the head and the back of the neck, which eventually leads to dizziness and nausea. What a pain! 

I'm sure most people have a headache at some point in their life. Some are mild while some are severe. The most common type of headaches among adults is tension headaches, caused by inadequate rest and lack of sleep, poor posture, emotional or mental stress (mau tak stress menghadap kerenah budak-budak on daily basis, silap-silap boleh HBP!), anxiety, fatigue, hunger and overexertion. In addition, dehydration, eye strain or abuse of cigarettes, alcohol and caffeine also contribute to tension headaches. 

The easiest way to get rid of this temporary annoyance is with the help of pain relievers. If it gets worse, see the doctor immediately. Don't suffer in silence! However, we can't depend on medication forever as sooner or later it's gonna take a toll on our health. So how can we ward off tension headaches without medication? According to an article on headaches and migraines, we can do so in three simple steps - watch what we eat, reduce the stress (relax, breathe and exercise) and medicate. But of course, that's easier said than done!

p/s: Frankly speaking, I'd do anything for this to go away. Any suggestion will be duly appreciated! :)

Kesimpulannya, takyah tido langsung pun takpe kalo nak simpan headache tu buat tukun. Buleh taip ayat gini? Akekek.

waaa hampeh jek :p btw saya insaf suda.. tiap2 hari saya tidur awal.. tapi sakit kepala tetap menyerang.. apakahhhh?
